Commercial Maintenance TechnicianTotal Talent Solutions is now hiring for a Commercial Maintenance Technician in Lakewood, CO. The pay rate is $26.00 – $30.00 per hour with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and help maintain the systems that keep production moving safely and efficiently.Education Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredTrade school, technical certification, or vocational training preferredEducation in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction, landscaping, or related building trades is a plusEPA Universal Certification preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving record requiredExperience Requirements:2-5 years of commercial maintenance, building maintenance, facilities, construction, or skilled trades experienceExperience performing preventive maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systemsKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and building codesProficiency using mobile devices, work order systems, and Microsoft OfficeStrong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to travel locally between multiple customer sites dailyPhysical Capabilities:Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in active maintenance environmentsFrequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely operate a company vehicle and use hand and power toolsCapable of working around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and elevated work areasJob Duties:Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings and equipmentTroubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility issuesComplete inspections, work orders, service reports, and quality documentation using a tablet or smartphoneCoordinate materials and supplies needed for assigned jobsProvide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationshipsSupport safety initiatives, compliance training, and weekly safety meetingsAssist with project estimates and recommend additional maintenance services as neededEnsure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in a timely manner according to company standards and customer expectationsBenefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
