Specifically working either in Charlotte or Raleigh (hybrid schedules are available) you manage incoming new clients and direct the activities, workflows, and renewal plans for small and mid-sized accounts. From daily policy admin transactions with the account manager to more sophisticated client engagement issues and renewal preparation. Handle the marketing process from A-to-Z. Compile submissions and work with underwriters on risk analysis and gaps. Discuss coverage recommendations with clients (even identifying upselling and cross-selling avenues). Assist the producer with developing service timelines for top tier clients.
