We are seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Freehold, NJ. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing best-in-class software solutions to organizations nationwide.
Shift available:
Tuesday through Saturday from 2pm-11pm EST
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
