RFP Manager

Managing the end-to-end RFP process, the full-time remote RFP Manager will qualify opportunities, coordinate proposal submissions, and maintain a comprehensive proposal content library to ensure high-quality and timely responses. Key responsibilities Qualify RFP opportunities and maintain the RFP inbox, ensuring timely triage and documentation Coordinate proposal responses across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are compliant Maintain and update the proposal document library, ensuring all content is current and ready for use Required qualifications 3+ years of experience managing proposals, bids, or RFP responses in a relevant industry Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and persuasive proposals Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously Experience with public procurement processes and familiarity with FOIA/public records is preferred Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and hold team members accountable
