As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report security-related concerns, assist visitors and tenants, and deliver professional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.15 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, loading areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious conditions or maintenance concerns, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation. Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, vendors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
