Energy Investment Banking Associate — Houston (M&A/Financing)

RBC in Houston, TX is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to support the Energy Coverage Team. You will assist in the execution of M&A and financing transactions, develop client materials and perform detailed financial analysis. You will collaborate with Analysts to develop pitch books, coordinate with Industry and Product groups to evaluate opportunities and identify operational risks. You will ensure compliance with firm policies and escalate risks to the line manager and risk functions as #J-18808-Ljbffr RBC
