Radiologic Technologist
Location: Des Moines, IA
Job Type:Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join a clinical team in a full-time, on-site role. This position involves operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:Operate radiologic imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and best practices
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
Assist physicians with diagnostic imaging needs
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care
Uphold high standards of professionalism and patient experience
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Strong knowledge of radiologic technology and imaging procedures
Understanding of radiation safety standards
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
BLS certification preferred
