We're hiring for our growing team and accepting applications for two roles . Loan Officer You generate, convert, and manage borrower and agent relationships. You structure loans correctly from the start, support JohnHart agents during offers, respond same-day on offer requests, stay visible at open houses and milestones, and protect the reputation of Golden Coast Finance and the referring agent. Measured on response time, conversion, pre-approval quality, funded volume, pull-through, and agent/client satisfaction. Loan Partner You support the Loan Officer and keep files moving. You handle client intake and applications in Arive, run credit, manage pre-approvals and pre-approval letters, prep files through escrow and processing, and keep borrowers and agents updated at every milestone. Strong organization and active, documented communication are the job. Qualifications (Both Roles) Active NMLS license (required) 3+ years of mortgage, loan servicing, or sales experience Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan programs Excellent oral, written, listening, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once Tech-savvy with loan origination systems (Arive a plus) Professional, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Helpful for Loan Officers Proven sales and conversion track record Established agent or referral relationships Confidence structuring loans and advising on financing strategy Helpful for Loan Partners Loan processing or file-management background Experience preparing files for underwriting and escrow Comfort coordinating between borrowers, agents, and processors In-house positions — no remote option.
