Office Assistant – Sales & Customer Service

Pay: $16.00 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced sales environment. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and keeping projects running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Schedule estimates for new and existing customers
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the construction process
• Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate schedules
• Communicate with customers regarding project updates
• Perform general office and administrative duties
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, and data entry)
• Professional, positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Previous office, customer service, or scheduling experience is preferred but not required
