Developer Trust & Safety Lead — Proactive Social Support

Socket.dev is seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst to scale proactive, multi-channel support for a global developer ecosystem. You will operationalize community channels, oversee incident response, and drive AI-enabled workflows to reduce risk and improve developer experience. Based in the United States, you will coordinate with Legal, PR, and Engineering, mentor agents, run on-call shifts, and translate qualitative feedback into strategic actions for a safer platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
