Executive Recruiter (SCL, ENG, HR) | LHH | Professional Working Mom | 10k+ Connections LHH is actively seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for a consumer products company in the Lincolnshire area. This is a great opportunity to have a highly visable and impactful role with a stable and growing company with both domestic and international operations. This is an ONSITE opportunity. The primary responsibilities for this role include Work with domestic and international stakeholders to create and implement strategies address all areas of the supply chain Risk identification and mitigation, ensuring smooth movement and product availablity throughout the supply chain Develop and implement KPIs Monitor material availability and finished goods to ensure that customer demands are being met Use departmental reporting to identify CI opportunities, strategize and implement projects to close gaps Work interdepartmental on cost savings, benchmarking and strategy Additional duties as needed The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications 5+ years of supply chain management in CPG or Food/Beverage ERP experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced Excel skills Experience with Lean processes and principles Negociation and stakeholder management experience LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment—and in the placement of top talent.
