Coordinate work orders when they are ready for production. You will also maintain inventory counts based on manufacturing demands. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate work orders when they are ready for production. Maintain accuracy and work flow of the production grid. Maintain inventory highs/lows based on established manufacturing demands General clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by leadership. Shift hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm What are we looking for? We're looking for engaged individuals that are adaptable to a changing environment, take pleasure in learning and enjoy working with others. Preferred 3-5 years of manufacturing environment experience (Ex: planning, purchasing, production control, expediting, etc.) Must have good computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English Organized, detail oriented, and good clerical skills Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to work in a team setting Ability to work in a non climate-controlled shop environment Ability to use and wear personal protective equipment To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Sacramento, CA branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
