• Previous teaching or childcare experience
• A degree, CDA, or willingness to obtain a CDA
• A passion for working with young children
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team

Candidates must be prepared to:

• Provide 3 professional references from previous employers
• Create and submit a sample lesson plan
• Complete required background checks
• Meet all childcare employment and training requirements
