Operations Coordinator- Floor Plan Measurement
Kennesaw, GA | On-Site 4 Days/Week, Remote Friday | 90 Day Contract with strong potential for conversion | $21-24/hr
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to build a career in flooring, construction, or operations? Our multifamily flooring distribution client is hiring an Operations Coordinator focused on Floor Plan Measurement.
What You'll Do
You'll support our estimating and operations teams by reviewing digital floor plans and calculating accurate material quantities for residential and commercial flooring installations. Your measurements directly impact how we order materials and serve our customers.
- Review and measure digital floor plans for properties across multiple markets
- Calculate material quantities (carpet, vinyl plank, hard surface)
- Identify rooms, closets, and layout features
- Follow company guidelines to ensure measurement accuracy
- Maintain organized, consistent records
- Improve speed and accuracy over the course of the assignment
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good organization and time management
- Comfortable working on repetitive, focused tasks
Nice to Have:
- Basic computer skills
- Experience reading layouts, blueprints, or diagrams
- Background in flooring, construction, or property management
- Interest in learning measurement software
