Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with ARDMS certification and experience in vascular and breast studies for a day shift assignment.

Details

• Ultrasound department in a 146-bed hospital
• Staffed with 4 full-time and 1 PRN team member
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Uses GE Logic E10 and GE Logic E9 equipment
• Meditech EMR
• Typical procedures include general, OB/vascular, and breast studies
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift
• Rotating on-call requirement
• May float to the Imaging Center

Requirements

• ARDMS certification required
• RVT/RVS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with vascular and breast studies required
• Allied candidates must have 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the role applying for
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Works within a positive, team-oriented environment
• Black scrubs required per facility dress code
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• One professional reference required, except Florida and Missouri which require two
