Step into a fulfilling role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) throughout the upcoming school year and beyond! Work from now through June 2027 in a dynamic educational setting near Torrington, CT, serving a diverse K-12 caseload across multiple schools. With full-time, Monday through Friday hours (35–37.5 hours per week), you’ll have the opportunity to positively impact communication and learning for students across grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CCC-SLP credential required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Connecticut
• Previous experience working in school settings with K–12 populations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing services in person throughout the contract period

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and interventions for students with communication disorders in a school environment
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teaching staff and families
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal requirements for service delivery
• Participate as an engaged member of the educational team across multiple school sites
