Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a warehouse located in Acworth!

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service representative experience is preferred.
• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Customer Service Representative :

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with information regarding the delivery of their orders.
• Alerting customers of any possible issue that may affect delivery.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, questions, or complaints.
• Process orders in the transportation management system.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Troubleshoot product/service issues, identify solutions, and escalate complete issues to supervisor or management.
• Build relationships to ensure a positive and professional experience for both parties.
• Interact with multiple departments to ensure seamless operation for internal tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details : Monday-Friday - 8:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate : $18.00/hour
