We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable RNs to provide high-quality nursing care with the option to work either day or night shifts.

Schedule:

Day or Night shifts available
Flexible scheduling options
Full-time, consistent hours
13-week contract with strong potential for extensions

Compensation:

Starting at $121,888/year and up
Competitive, stable pay

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Requirements:

Active RN license (North Dakota or compact state)
1+ year of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
