Insulation Weatherization Crew Lead

We are looking for an experienced leader to lead a weatherization team in performing weatherization services, including air sealing, insulation installation, and ventilation improvements. This role requires technical skill and attention to detail to ensure high standards of work with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team in Insulating and weatherizing residential and commercial buildings.
- Using various types of insulation materials and installation methods.
- Air sealing attics, basements, crawlspaces etc. as needed.
- Ensure work is being completed to the highest standards.
- Installing ventilation including roof vents.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous Weatherization Experience is Required *- Weatherization Crew Lead Certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in confined, sometimes cluttered conditions
- Comfortable on tall ladders and rooftops
- Comfortable working outside year round
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be Eligible to work in (U.S)
