Structural Designer (PHX)

We’re hiring a Structural Designer (PHX) to support the development of 2D and 3D structural designs for advanced technology and semiconductor facilities. In this role, you’ll create detailed models and drawing sets using Revit while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment. Pay: Up to $38.00 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities Develop 3D structural models using Revit or similar tools Produce structural drawings and design documentation Ensure accuracy and compliance with client and company standards Coordinate with other disciplines and support BIM/QA processes Manage assigned work independently and meet project deadlines Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting & Design 2+ years of structural drafting/design experience 1+ year of Revit experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in CAD or related field 3+ years of Revit experience Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam Experience with steel and concrete structures Industrial or semiconductor facility experience Additional Details Hybrid role (must live within 50 miles of Tempe/Phoenix, AZ) Minimum 2 days/week onsite Growth opportunities within design and advanced technology projects #J-18808-Ljbffr HKA Enterprises
