Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Attorney Associate with over two years of experience to join its electronics and computer patent practice in Denver, Colorado. The position offers opportunities in multiple locations, including Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. Duties Engage in patent preparation and prosecution work. Collaborate with technology companies to protect their innovations. Leverage expertise in wireless communications, electronics, AI, and software. Provide client counseling and handle post‑grant patent work. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in patent preparation. Experience in wireless telecommunications, communication networks, or related fields preferred. Strong academic record with a technical degree in relevant fields. Growth mindset and enjoyment of working in an innovative culture. Education Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields. Certifications Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
