Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Project Finance Associate to join their globally recognized team! This group is known for handling some of the most innovative, complex, and challenging projects in the world, offering unparalleled professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation.
Review and analyze project documentation to ensure compliance and support transaction success.
Collaborate with global teams to advise clients on project finance matters.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in Project Finance.
Strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documentation.
Experience in reviewing project documentation.
