This organization has recently invested in new equipment and is continuing to grow under new ownership, creating a strong opportunity for experienced press operators.They are seeking a Lead Press Operator to oversee second shift press operations within a high-quality, technically advanced printing environment.Responsibilities:Set up and operate Heidelberg or Komori pressesPerform make-ready and ensure print quality and color accuracyTroubleshoot press and production issuesLead press operations and support press crewMonitor production efficiency and workflowInterpret job tickets and ensure proper executionPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentEnter production data into systemsRequirements:Experience with Heidelberg or Komori pressesUV printing and coating experienceExperience running 6+ color pressesStrong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitudeLeadership experience within a pressroom environmentYou should be proficient in:Troubleshooting SkillsSheet Fed Offset PrintingMachines & technologies you'll use:Large Format Printing Equipment (Komori) #J-18808-Ljbffr
