Summary Of Responsibilities Responsible for test administration. Performs moderately complex and confidential administrative support duties, requiring a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Composes, edits, and proofreads correspondence and reports, and prepares a range of administrative documents. Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree and one year of experience; OR any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years. For Example An associate's degree from an accredited institution and one year of experience related to the duties of the position. OR one year of college coursework (approximately 30 semester credits) and two years of related experience. OR any combination of related education and experience totaling three years. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications. Skills in office methods, techniques, practices, and procedures. Skills in preparation of charts, graphs, etc. Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform a variety of administrative duties with minimum supervision. Ability to meet and work with the public effectively. Ability to follow oral and written procedures. Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
