Collision Estimator

Job Overview The Estimator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs, communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities Document every customer interaction efficiently and accurately. Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process. Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics. Maintain compliance with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery. Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members. Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone. Understand all required insurance programs and procedures. Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required. Support all team members when needed. Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required). Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by Store Manager. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1‑year experience in vehicle repair estimation. Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OEM guidelines. Basic computer skills and familiarity with DRP compliance. Awareness of insurance programs, procedures, and documentation. Valid driver’s license.
