Job Summary The Mitigation Manager oversees the mitigation department, supervising technicians, coordinating fleet, warehouse, and emergency services work with an Assistant Supervisor and Coordinator, and managing projects and estimating. Responsibilities Supervise technicians and departmental activities. Develop and maintain department budget. Approve or estimate all mitigation division jobs. Maintain customer relationships and negotiate with all stakeholders involved with the projects. Qualifications Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the mitigation department and the company reputation. Proficiency with all Microsoft products. Active IICRC certifications.
