In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs Your Contribution To The Team Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill And Experience Strong experience in project management and agile methodology. Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, redlining, negotiation, execution, renewals, and amendments. Structure high-value Statements of Work (SOWs) across various commercial models (T&M, Fixed Price, Outcome-based). Drive competitive RFP/RFI/RFQ initiatives and align Contracts to meet Infosys standards. Preferred Skill And Experience Experience in Banking domain Manage project plans, timelines. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern delivery methodologies. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
