Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: Louisville, KY Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

• Lead large enterprise-wide application projects for ERP/HR/Payroll, ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and drive project plans, establish milestones, and monitor progress to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Manage communication plans with project teams and stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate effective change management processes.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, status reports, and budgets in line with project standards.
• Utilize MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word for project planning and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in leading large enterprise-wide application projects, particularly in HR, Payroll, or Finance IT initiatives.
• Strong background in managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Certification in PMP is required.
• Experience with change management and team coordination.
