We are seeking a Community Program Manager to support our client's team. Location: San Francisco, CA (preferred); open to remote. Pay Rate: $160-$160/hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary, 6-month contract.Job Summary:Manage day-to-day operations of community member programs, including applications, onboarding, communications, and recognitionBuild and maintain processes, tooling, and documentation to help programs scaleDevelop direct relationships with community members and represent their needs internallyStand up and run structured product feedback programs, recruiting members for targeted feedback opportunitiesDesign feedback collection methods (forms, discussions, live sessions) and synthesize results into clear reports for product teamsPartner with cross-functional teams to manage feedback requests and close the loop with participantsTrack and report on program health, participation, and outcomesHelp manage online community presence (e.g., Discord, Reddit), including moderation and engagementIdentify and implement improvements across community programsRequirements:Experience managing a developer or enterprise/B2B community program (e.g., ambassador, advocate, or champion programs)Experience building operational systems for community or customer programs (intake workflows, tracking, documentation)Experience running structured feedback, beta, or user testing cycles with external participantsExperience moderating an online community (Discord, Reddit, Slack, or forums)Strong written communication skills, with ability to synthesize feedback into clear summariesHands-on experience with community/collaboration tools (moderation, survey tools, spreadsheets)Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist
