Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plant Technician to join a manufacturing team in Broken Arrow on the second shift. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient plant operations while minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate has industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or plant technician experience preferred
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or large industrial facility
• Hands-on experience maintaining automated production equipment
• Experience working with pumps, electric motors, palletizers, and production machinery
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing quality systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair automated machinery, pumps, motors, palletizers, and related equipment
• Zero out and calibrate production scales as required
• Assist with basic PLC troubleshooting and support equipment diagnostics
• Inspect equipment for wear and identify maintenance concerns before failures occur
• Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance area
• Follow all company safety procedures, ISO standards, and maintenance protocols
• Work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance

Preferred Qualifications
• Industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
• Technical training or certifications in industrial maintenance are a plus

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to safely work around industrial machinery and production equipment
• Safety-sensitive position requiring successful completion of a drug screen and background check

Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing facility
• Fast-paced production environment supporting automated equipment
• Required use of company-provided PPE (employee must provide steel-toed boots)
• Four-day work week with overtime opportunities on Fridays as production demands require
