Production Assembler1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMOvertime: Fridays as neededStarting Pay: $16 per hourPosition Summary: The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling components into sub-assemblies and/or final assemblies according to established guidelines and quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive high-quality products that are assembled correctly and consistently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssemble sub-assemblies and/or final products according to written instructions, prints, and quality standardsUse a variety of hand and power tools safely and correctlyInspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality requirements are metIdentify and communicate potential quality issues to leadershipMaintain a clean and organized work area; return tools and equipment at the end of the shiftAssist other departments or functions as neededQualificationsAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructionsAssembly experience preferredExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to read a tape measureSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervisionDependable with consistent attendanceStrong teamwork and communication skillsWillingness to learn and apply new skillsPhysical DemandsStand and walk for extended periodsFrequent use of hands for handling, fingering, and assembling partsRegular lifting up to 20 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbsVision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusWork EnvironmentIndustrial manufacturing environmentOccasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibrationModerate noise levels
