Role Summary

Our client is looking for a senior ServiceNow Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and Data Governance. The candidate will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder management, data quality initiatives, CMDB modernization, and service visibility programs while partnering with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Operations, and ServiceNow delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 9+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on functional ServiceNow experience with:
  • CMDB
  • Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Configuration Management
  • CSDM
• Good understanding of CI Lifecycle Management, Service Dependency Mapping and Business Services & Technical Services Modeling
• Experience within enterprise-scale CMDB and Asset Management implementations.
• Good understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Migration, and Reconciliation experience.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, backlog management, UAT, and executive reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom domain experience
• Experience supporting large-scale CMDB environments with millions of records.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure assets, cloud platforms, and application dependencies.
• ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM Foundation level certification or equivalent credential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements for workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive CMDB governance, Discovery onboarding, and Service Mapping initiatives.
• Define service hierarchies, business services, application services, and dependency mapping requirements.
• Identify gaps in service visibility and configuration management processes.
• Improve CMDB and Asset data quality, ownership, and governance.
• Partner with technical teams on Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and data onboarding.
• Support CSDM adoption and service relationship modeling.
• Manage UAT, stakeholder communications, and executive status reporting.
