Summary We are building our Restaurant Team and are currently searching for energetic and reliable Hosts who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guide our guests through the restaurant to their table Receive, enter, and accept payments for take-out orders Support the Server and Bartender staff in any way possible Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, including bussing tables Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected Always follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building Required Skills/Abilities Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions Passion for learning and applying that knowledge in your work Provide support in a team-centric environment to ensure exceptional guest experience Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant’s facilities.
