Your responsibilities will include: Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude. Managing Reservations: Handle bookings and walk-ins efficiently. Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements. Menu Knowledge: Provide information about our offerings and specials. Assisting with Waitlists: Keep track of waiting guests and ensure timely seating. Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns. What We’re Looking For Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly desired. Positive Attitude: Thrive under pressure and enjoy interacting with guests. Commitment to Excellence: Dedicated to providing top-notch service. Team Player: Work well with servers, bussers, and other staff. Attention to Detail: Handle reservations and seating accurately. Skills Needed Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. Organizational Skills: Manage reservations and waitlists effectively. Multi-tasking: Navigate a bustling environment with ease. Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with reservation systems and technology. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve guest issues promptly. Safety Knowledge: Understand workplace safety procedures. Physical Requirements On Your Feet: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift. Hands-On: Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously.
