Customer Relations Representative

Job Title Customer Relations Representative Job Overview Location: Carmel, IN (Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM daily shift) Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries. Interpret and discuss benefits, review claims, and resolve service and product concerns. Handle incoming calls and emails for provider referrals, claim filings, claim status information, verification of benefits/eligibility, and pre-notification. Fulfill requests for claim forms and applications for clients. Identify areas of concern and expedite correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution when needed. Required Qualifications High School degree or GED. At least two years of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Dependable and reliable. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $20 per hour. No weekend work. Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)). Company-paid holidays plus 20 PTO days. Free snacks and beverages.
