What You’ll Do Represent developers, lenders, and businesses in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Handle all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Provide strategic counsel on zoning, land use, and title insurance matters. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts in Corporate, Litigation, and Finance. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Florida Bar membership. Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate law (Acquisitions, Leasing, and Finance). Strong drafting and negotiation skills. A collaborative spirit and a desire to be part of a long-standing legal legacy. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
