Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court hearings. Develop and execute effective case strategies in collaboration with partners and clients. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic counsel. Stay current on industry trends, case law, and legislative developments impacting first-party property litigation. Requirements Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar. 3+ years of experience in first-party property litigation or insurance defense. Strong research, writing, and litigation skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
