We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Recruitment Manager to lead our Houston office's contract recruitment function focused on the energy sector across the Gulf region. This is a hands-on billing leadership role for an individual who thrives on developing people, growing client relationships, and leading from the front.

As a leader within the business, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Contract Recruitment Specialists while maintaining your own portfolio of clients and delivering against ambitious growth objectives. You will play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening existing partnerships, and collaborating with colleagues across the United States to enhance national client coverage.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Contract Recruitment Specialists focused on the energy sector.
• Drive individual and team performance through coaching, accountability, and best-practice recruitment methodologies.
• Lead by example as a billing manager, consistently generating revenue through business development and account management activities.
• Develop and grow existing client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the energy market.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the U.S. to expand and strengthen national account coverage.
• Embed a proactive approach to business development, client engagement, and account growth throughout the team.
• Act as a trusted advisor and solutions provider to clients, delivering tailored workforce solutions.
• Champion face-to-face client and candidate engagement to build long-term relationships and market presence.
• Represent the business as a brand ambassador within the industry and local market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the energy sector.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
• Strong background in agency recruitment with full 360 recruitment experience .
• Demonstrated success recruiting within the energy sector .
• Experience leading contract recruitment teams and managing contract recruitment portfolios.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding billing, revenue, and business development targets.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to growth.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passion for building long-term client and candidate relationships through consistent, high-quality engagement.
