Eataly North America is looking for a Restaurant Manager to assist the AGM in overseeing daily operations at their Boston location. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience managing a front-of-house team, strong leadership skills, and a knowledge of Italian cuisine. Responsibilities include hiring, training staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and managing financial aspects.
