Floating Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Floating Assistant Manager to support operations across multiple fast casual locations in the metro area. This role is for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly assesses operational needs, is passionate about developing teams and driving business performance, and has aspirations to grow in their career.

Floating Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualities and Responsibilities
- 3+ years in a leadership role - fast-casual restaurants only
- Drive excellence and lead teams
- A coach mentality - the ability to lead, mentor, and develop your people
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
- Desire to work hands-on with the team during service - this is not a desk job
- Strong communication skills with zero ego
- MUST speak Spanish and English fluently
- Flexibility with scheduling - will be working Friday and Saturday nights
- Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering
