We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory and assist our service technicians with the parts they need to complete their jobs. This person will be responsible for keeping accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, ordering parts, and communicating with management about items that are running low or need to be replenished.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to stay on top of inventory levels to ensure parts are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with locating, pulling, and distributing parts needed for service calls and repairs.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify low-stock items before they run out.
• Keep management informed of parts and supplies that need to be ordered.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records at all times.
• Receive incoming parts and verify orders for accuracy.
• Keep the inventory area clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Track parts coming in and going out to ensure inventory counts remain accurate.
• Communicate with technicians and management regarding parts availability and shortages.
• Help prevent delays by ensuring commonly needed parts are available when technicians need them.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain inventory records.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, parts, or purchasing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and keep inventory organized in a fast-paced service environment.

What We Offer

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
• Weekends off.
• Set hours: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.
• Pay starting at $12-16 per hour.
