The Inventory Controller will support inventory operations across a manufacturing facility, distribution center, and multi-site environment while managing mixed inventory. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate stock movement, and support efficient warehouse operations without travel between sites. The position may involve lifting.
Responsibilities
- Track mixed inventory across manufacturing, distribution, and multi-site operations.
- Reconcile stock levels and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate orders and verify received inventory against documentation.
- Monitor shipments and coordinate with warehouse operations.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct stock audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate inventory activities with warehouse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in inventory control.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
