Customer Service Representative (3-month temp ONLY)

• Location: Malvern, PA - 100% on-site
• Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 8 am to 5 pm
• Pay rate: $24-$26 (according to experience)
• Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temporary help ONLY).
• Reporting To: Service Center Supervisor / Manager

Main Objective: Support customer account specialists and customers through order management, supply chain coordination, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management & Supply Chain (60%): Run daily reports (backorders, delays, lead times), update systems ( SAP , Salesforce ), notify customers of delays, and process RMAs.

• Order Processing & Logistics (30%): Enter/maintain orders in SAP/Salesforce, process EDI orders, manage document systems (OEDM), and coordinate truckload scheduling with traffic.

• Account Maintenance (10%): Keep customer database records updated and handle conflict resolution/returns within policy.

Core Qualifications

• Experience/Education: HS diploma/GED or higher AND 2+ years of customer service experience. (Building products/retail exposure preferred).

• Technical: Microsoft Office (at least intermediate Excel required), with SAP and Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

• Key Skills: Communication, multitasking, conflict resolution, relationship management, and strong organizational skills.

• Availability: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Requires home internet/phone setup for remote work during emergencies/inclement weather).
