WhatYou’llDo Supportclient projects through health policy research, analysis, and written deliverables. Contributeto stakeholder engagement efforts by preparing materials, summaries, and supporting outreach activities. Manageassigned tasks and timelines across multiple projects, escalating risks as needed. Collaborateclosely with senior consultants and project leads todeliverhigh-quality work. WhatWe’reLooking For Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) andat leasttwoyears of healthcareprofessionalexperience. Strong writing, research, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Interest in supporting proposal development and learning consulting best practices. Ability to work hours aligned withpeakPacificTime Zone business hours. Hiring Note: Location Occasional travel to company events, meetings, and client sites may be required, but the primary workstation for this position will be remote. As a national firm, the Aurrera Health Group team works across four time zones. This position must be available toPacific Time Zone business hours. Compensation and Benefits Aurrera Health Group offers competitive salaries based on industry standards and experience, skills, and responsibility. Wemaintainequitablepay bands for employees based on these factors. The starting pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with an opportunity for an end-of-year bonus. Additionally, Aurrera Health Group offers a comprehensive benefit package, including: Generous leaveprogram, including company holidays, vacation,sick, parental, and volunteer leave.
