Job Description

Assistant Project Manager needed w/Bachelor’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Construction Engineering and six (6) months experience as Assistant Project Manager performing following job duties:

Manage project buyouts and awards for different trades at preconstruction phase of the project. Develop and Audit critical path milestones and project forecasting using Oracle Primavera P6 to manage project schedules and budgets. Govern technical workflows within Procore, including RFI and submittal tracking and coordination between Owner, Architect and Engineer. Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses for value engineering (VE) proposals for alternative material and system selections to ownership. Manage a digitized Quality Assurance (QA/ QC) program, utilizing Procore punch lists to verify field installation. Assist in preparation of construction drawings and construction detailing for construction projects. Manage and update material procurement logs for the project.

Must be available to travel to various unanticipated client sites in NJ, USA for temporary projects.
