Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Postpartum/M/B experienceBLS & NRP Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Experience in a Mother/Baby UnitFlexibility with their schedule Ability to adapt quickly to new situations List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Monitoring Vital signs and administering medications and managing perineal care Educating parents on newborn care, safety, and bonding Best personality Fit: Compassionate, patient and a team player Communication with staff and providers is a priority Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
