Our client, a leading manufacturing operation in Henderson, CO, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the daily manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $24

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

What's the Job?

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team on-site
• Cross-train in all roles within the operation to ensure flexibility and efficiency
• Oversee production processes and perform quality checks regularly
• Assist in managing docks, loading, and unloading as needed to support operations

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing teams in a warehouse or similar environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with plant management
• Ability to adapt and realign staff to meet operational needs efficiently
