Supervise general workflow, professional customer service and the maintenance of equipment, as well as quality control and day-to-day running of the laboratory. Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in performing laboratory tests of a chemical and physical nature. Directs and advises personnel in special test procedures to analyze components and physical properties of materials.
