This Newly Created Senior Accountant comes from continued organic growth in their organization. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Controller and other leadership across the organization. You will be responsible for revamping and building a strong foundation for a growing segment of the organization. This is a high impact role that will offer the a rare chance within a stable company to have their voice heard and make improvements to reporting, processes and systems. Position is On-Site Daily Scope of Responsibilities Monthly close, Journal Entries, Reconciliations Budget, Forecasting, P&L review, Analysis, ad-hoc reporting Work closely with leadership across the organization to ensure cost optimization Identification and Implementation of Process Improvements Special Projects Skills Needed BA in Accounting/Finance 3+ years of Accounting and Finance experience Experience with Financials, Monthly Close, Budget, Forecasting, Cash Flow #J-18808-Ljbffr Korn Ferry
