Working out of our Roselle and Schaumburg facilities, we are looking for a Quality Specialist to help keep our products, processes, and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. What You'll Do:

• Travel to Clarke worksites (all within a 5-mile radius in Roselle and Schaumburg) to inspect incoming goods, production batches and export shipments to help ensure consistent quality from start to finish.
• Support document control activities, including creating, updating, issuing, and maintaining controlled documents.
• Partner with teams across the business to support ISO audits, process/product investigations, corrective actions, label reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support internal and external ISO 9001 audits and support GLP quality assurance activities.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and help track issues through resolution.
• Support digital transformation activities as we look to make workflows more efficient.
• Promote safe, compliant work practices while supporting the quality management system (QMS) across operations.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• You have a bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years' experience in a detail-oriented role where accuracy matters.
• You have quality assurance and/or quality control experience, ideally in manufacturing or laboratory-related environments.
• You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams.
• You are comfortable balancing hands-on inspections, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
• You bring strong observation skills, sound judgment, and a practical problem-solving mindset.
• You can work in a warehouse or operations environment, including standing or sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You have access to reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling to multiple work sites within the workday with a mileage reimbursement of .725/mile
• You enjoy working independently but also know how to collaborate and keep things moving with others.

Pay:

This position offers an non-exempt compensation of $27.00 - $31.00/hour. This salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base compensation offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
